In the city of Nis, Serbia – the innovative training programme kicked based on EJWP for SKILLS4Water participants embarked their adventure. Diving into the world of personal leadership development and intercultural collaboration. Hosted by local water professionals of University of Nis, the programme featured next to the trainings, interactive workshops with stakeholders, site visits, and peer coaching sessions focused on communication and innovation in the water sector.
